SIX Important Demands:

    The company raise wages by 20% and pay an annual bonus of ￥600,000.
  2. 2
    The company pay for masks to protect students and teachers against the spread Covid-19.
  3. 3
    The company grant any employee diagnosed with COVID-19 two weeks paid leave.
  4. 4
    If the school term is postponed or interrupted, the company pay wages as normal.
  5. 5
    The company implement an objective means of recording work hours to ensure everyone is paid for what they work.
  6. 6
    The company provide the Union with its financial statements and policies in writing for transparency.

We Need You:

To bring about real, systemic change we need Interac employees (ALTs and Interac office staff) to join us. Together we have power.
