Another Interac/Tozen Union Settlement
インタラック 東ゼン労組と新たな和解成立
Following two partial settlements, on November 26, 2025, Interac and Tozen Union
settled each and every claim in the Tokyo Labor Commission 2022 Unfair Labor
Practices Case #5 (都労委令和4年不第5号不当労働行為救済申立事件).
これまで2件の一部和解に続き、2025年11月26日、インタラックと東ゼン労組
は、東京労働委員会における2022年不当労働行為救済申立事件（都労委令和4
年不第5号不当労働行為救済申立事件）の請求について、いずれも和解に至っ
た。
We remain optimistic heading into settlement talks on our remaining case. We are
fighting for the retraction of pay cuts against 4 of our members. That case is outlined in

4名の組合員に対する賃金カットの撤回を求めて闘っている残りの事案につい

While we hope that management will quickly come to their senses, we’re fully prepared
to persist until our members’ pay is restored.
経営陣が速やかに賢明な判断を下すことを望む一方で、組合員の給料が元どお
りになるまで、我々は最後まで粘り強く戦う覚悟である。
That said, we’re thrilled to share the good news and believe we’re getting close to
settling the pay cuts issue as well.
だからこそ、我々は今回の朗報を喜んで報告するとともに、賃金カット問題に
ついても解決間近であると信じている。
