インタラック大阪、東京、横浜支店が組合との和解協定に違反
Tozen Union believes the Interac Osaka, Tokyo, and Yokohama branches have violated a Union settlement (signed on November 25, 2024) four times between March 16, 2026 and April 1, 2026. That’s right. Four separate violations (two of them from the Yokohama branch)!
2026年3月16日から2026年4月1日の間、インタラック大阪、東京、横浜の各支店が、2024年11月25日に署名された東ゼン労組との和解協定に違反を繰り返しました。4件もの違反（そのうち2件は横浜支店によるもの）が報告されています！
Tozen Union and Interac are currently in settlement talks at Labor Commission over the 2024 pay cuts issue. At this point, further union busting from the company seems wacky and self-destructive. What kind of people are calling the shots at head office in Tokyo?
現在東ゼン労組とインタラックは、2024年の賃金カット問題をめぐり、労働委員会で和解交渉中です。交渉の最中に会社がさらに組合潰しを仕掛けるのは、非常識であり自らを窮地に追い込むような行為です。一体どんな方々が、東京本社で指揮を執っているのでしょうか。
It’s troubling that a company such as Interac, which dispatches foreign language teachers to public schools across Japan, is so blatantly violating a lawfully protected settlement. Surely this isn’t the work of a reputable company. Interac clearly has no respect for the law of the land or for the schools and by extension, the students, families, and communities they provide service to. This anti-social behavior has to stop!
日本全国の公立学校に外国語教師を派遣しているインタラックのような企業が、法的に保護された和解内容にこれほど露骨に違反するのは、大きな問題です。これは、名のある企業が取るべき行動ではありません。インタラックが法律や学校、さらにはその生徒や家族、地域社会に対しても、全く敬意を払っていないことが明らかです。このような無責任な行為は、今すぐやめるべきです！
This article is tricky to write as providing context about the specific violations would reveal the nature of our settlement which, unfortunately, the Union cannot discuss publicly. A bit of a mess, eh?
今回の記事は少々難しいところがありました。というのも、具体的な違反内容について背景を説明してしまうと、和解の内容が明らかになってしまうからです。残念ながら、組合としてはその内容について公に話すことはできませんので、少しわかりにくいかもしれません。
At the end of it all, when Interac makes these kinds of “mistakes,” though annoying, they tend to help us. We’ll post updates about both the current Labor Commission case and these new violations in the near future.
